PURPOSE:To adjust the temperature of the clearance of a die lip at a temperature close to the optimum temperature of a material by comparing a novel set temperature computed through mutual interference effect processing arithmetic operation with the optimum temperature of the material and correcting it. CONSTITUTION:A comparison arithmetic unit 28 arithmetically operates a profile extending over the whole width of the clearance of a die slit from the set value of a memory section 27 and the monitoring value of a thickness variable by a detector 24 by a profile arithmetic unit 28a, and a comparator 28b compares and arithmetically operates the target profile of a setting section 27a and a profile computed by the arithmetic unit 28a. A mutual interference effect arithmetic processing unit 28c arithmetically operates a mutual interference effect by a data obtained from the result of arithmetic operation and a data from a memory section 27c regarding a heating bolt, a comparator 28d compares the effect with the set temperature of an optimum temperature setting section 27f, and a temperature is set newly to a temperature setting section 27g for controlling the temperature of the heating bolt. |
