<p>PURPOSE:To improve dielectric voltage characteristics between input/output by receiving the full length of a bonding wire in a silicon resin. CONSTITUTION:The optical coupling element introducing beams from a light- emitting element 23 to a light-receiving element 24 through a light-transmitting resin. At least one part of leads 27, 28 connected to electrodes on element 23 and the element 24 through the bonding wires 29, 30 is set up in the light-transmitting resin at that time. Consequently, the wires do not protrude to the interface of the silicon resin 33 and an epoxy resin 34 as a package, and a distance between the input/output in the interface section can be kept constant as the opposite distance of mutual lead frames. Accordingly, dielectric voltage characteristics between the input/output are improved largely.</p> |
