PURPOSE:To manufacture a laminated body having an intermediate layer, the film thickness of which is uniform, in which no air is caught up during laminating and further neither compositional change nor foaming occurs under elevated temperature, by a method wherein curable intermediate layer material is applied in advance between two same or different kinds of plates, which are freely selected from inorganic and organic materials, and then semi-cured by light energy and, after the two plates are laminatedly fixed by pressure, the plates are made into an integral body by really curing the curable intermediate material through heating. CONSTITUTION:First, curable intermediate layer material 4, which contains polymerizable monomer or polymerizable oligomer having vinyl group therein is applied with a roll coater 3 to 100mum thickness onto a plate 1' which proceeds in the direction indicated with the arrow by uncoiling a plate 1 wound in a roll. Secondly, the plate 1' is past under the light source of a light irradiation device 5 so as to bring the intermediate layer material into semi-cured state by irradiation with light, the central wave length of which is 365nm and the amount of energy of which is 0.015J. Thirdly, another steel plate 2, the size of which is the same as that of said steel plate with coated intermediate layer thereonto, is put upon the latter so as to fix them by pressure by passing them between pressure rollers 6 and 6 at the speed of 0.9m/min. Finally, the resultant sheets fixed to each other by pressure is past through a hot air-circulating type heating oven 7 in order to really cure the intermediate layer. |
