PURPOSE:Filler-containing polyurethane foam having lessened reduction in strength and elongation, obtained by using a material prepared by reacting powder of rigid polyurethane foam with an amine in a solvent as the filler. CONSTITUTION:Powder of rigid polyurethane foam (TDI, or MDI) is reacted with an amine (e.g., monoethanolamine, etc.) in a solvent (e.g., benzene, etc.) under heating, to give a material having an active hydrogen, which is used as a filler, to give the desired filler-containing polyurethane foam. The amount of the powder is preferably 3-6mmol/g.urethane in case of TDI, and 6-9mmol/g.urethane in case of MDI. |
