<p>PURPOSE:To prevent noise generation during supply of tires by forming a tire supply device with a free roller conveyor with S-shaped side view and a drive conveyor and thereby lessening the space required for installation of each tire. CONSTITUTION:This tire supply device 7 is composed of a free roller conveyor 8 with S-shaped side view and a drive conveyor 9 installed along the transport surface of this conveyor 8. Tires 6 transported by a tire feeding conveyor 4 are transferred onto a tire supply device 7 by a damper and sent down being supported by a tire receptacle 17 in such a condition as pinched by said free roller conveyor 8 and drive conveyor 9. Each of tires 6 is placed on a receptacle table 21 temporarily, glides on a receptacle slope, and stops when it contacts a stopper 22. Then a pusher 23 is energized for riding-on over a tire receptacle table 29 so as to allow a cylinder device 31 to move upward around a fulcrum 30. Then installation into the body is carried out.</p> |
