PURPOSE:To raise the rigidity of an offshore working platform by a method in which reinforcing beams whose free ends are formed to be connected with legs are attached in a rocking manner to the downside of a platform formed in such a way that plural legs can be piercingly provided in a vertically movable manner. CONSTITUTION:In an objective sea area, a wire 18 is loosened, reinforcing beams 15 are moved downwards in a rocking manner, legs 11 provided in a vertically movable manner to the downside of the platform 10 are landed on the seabed 13. The platform 10 is lifted up to a given level from the seabed 14, the reinforcing beams 15 are moved in a rocking manner, and the supporting bracket 27 of the second connector 17 is connected with a fitting bracket 28 with a pin 29. A vertical shaft 20 movable to the slit 19 is moved, the moving of a disc 21 is regulated by the bracket 26, and the first connector 16 is positioned and fixed, the stiff connection of the platform 10 and the legs 11 is ensured. |
