PURPOSE:To efficiently and safely moor a floating structure by a method in which a slider to be coupled with the inner wall of a recession formed in floating structure on water and a mooring pole to moor the slider through a mooring rod are provided. CONSTITUTION:A guide pulley 15 attached to the upper groove 1a of a recession 8 formed in the vertical direction of the concaved part 2 of a tank 1 and an elastic roller 10 as a slider to be hung down by a wire rope W are coupled with the inner wall of the recession 8 to enable the relative vertical movement of the tank 1 to be guided. One end of the mooring rod 12 is elastically supported on the footing 3a of a mooring pillar 3 erected on the nearby seabed, the other end is pivotally attached to the supporting frame 11 of the roller 10, and a winch 13 connected with one end of the rope W is set on the rod 12. The following, regulation, or absorption of forces in relation to the vertical, horizontal, and lateral movements of the tank 1 are made possible by the actions of each device. |
