TIMING HOPPER FOR AUTOMATIC MEASURING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To improve the processing capacity as the entire system by arranging first and second timing hoppers at discharge ports of first and second gathering routes while gates of both the hoppers are driven in linkage so that one thereof is opened when the other is closed. CONSTITUTION:Output signals (g) and (h) for indicating the opening or closing of gates of first and second timing hoppers are inputted as resetting signal (i) through an OR circuit 49 while the resetting signal (h) is inputted directly into a second flip flop circuit 48 from a second photosensor 40b. Then, a first flip flop circuit 47 outputs a drive signal (j) to operate a drive section 50 by inputting a setting signal (f) while stopping it by inputting a resetting signal (i). The second flip flop circuit 48 outputs to a discharge control section 43 a gate position signal (k) which goes to a high level 'H' indicating that the gate of the first timing hopper is closed when the setting signal (f) is inputted while to a low level 'L' indicating that the gate of the second timing hopper when the resetting signal (h) is inputted.
