PURPOSE:To prevent the degradation of soil and sand of a slope by integrating the netting with the slope by a method in which the mesh of a netting is partly made smaller at adequate intervals in a repeated manner, and the dense mesh parts of the netting are fixed to the slope with anchors. CONSTITUTION:A netting 1 is made up by knitting wires 1, etc., in such a way that dense mesh parts 2 and rough mesh parts 3 are alternately repeated with a pitch of 25-50cm, a width of 1.5-2m, and a length of about 100m, and reinforcing ropes 4 are set on both ends and the central part of the netting 1. The netting 1 having a lateral stripe pattern is laid on a slope, anchors are driven into the dense mesh pats of the netting 1, and a spraying of seeds is made on the netting 1 by a well-known method. The anchored parts of the netting 1 can thus be strengthened to integrate the slope with the netting 1. |
