EXAMPLE:6-p-Chlorophenoxy-5H-2,3,6,7-tetrahydro-5,7-dioxothiazolo[3,2- a]pyrimidine. USE:An immune adjusting agent. Useful for remedying autoimmune disease and malignant tumor, preventing their infection. PROCESS:A malonic acid derivative shown by the formula II (R<3> and R<4> are 1- 4C alkyl) is reacted with preferably an equimolar amount of 2-aminothiazoline, etc. in the presence of an inert organic solvent (e.g., benzene, etc.) usually at 80-320 deg.C for 1min-48hr, preferably at 100-300 deg.C for 10min-24hr at normal pressure-under pressure.
