PURPOSE:To radially arrange an easily magnetized axis and improve the characteristics of a magnetic roll, by forming a resin magnet, in which the magnetized axis of ferrite is oriented in specific directions in a core material having grooves of plural curvatures in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:A semi-circular notch 16 is molded by pressing with an upper mold 15 and a lower mold 13 on the laminted body of resin magnetic sheet 12, in which the easily magnetized axis 11 of platy ferrite particles is oriented normal to the plate surface. This notch 16 is installed to a location which is situated between necessary magnetic poles. This laminated body is wound around a shaft 17 provided with plural semi-circular grooves installed correspondingly to the magnetic poles in the axial direction, and a magnetic roll 18 is formed by compressing the laminated body from the outer peripheral surface. This roll 18 easily emits a magnetic flux in the radial direction (a) at the position of a magnetic pole and its magnetically attracting magnetic flux easily passes by the semilcircular notch 16 between magnetic poles and, therefore, has an effective residual magnetic flux (b) to a necessary magnetic pole. Therefore, the characteristics of the magnetic roll can be improved. |
