A wind control apparatus for an air conditioner comprises a pair of wind-deflection plates that manually change the direction of the wind in a first axial direction to automatically charge independent of each other; a second pair of wind-deflection plates using a driving mechanism, the direction of the wind periodically in a second axial direction and a phase-adjusting control, which is placed between the second wind-deflection plates and the driving mechanism to allow the phase of wind direction to be change manually.
