PURPOSE:To prepare a stable and delicious drink having high nutrition, by adding a small amount of separated soybean protein to nuts, and emulsifying the mixture in water. CONSTITUTION:The nuts drink is obtained by mixing (A) 100pts.wt. of nuts (e.g. almond, cashew nuts, peanuts, etc.) with (B) 1-5pts.wt. of separated soybean protein (e.g. separated soybean protein powder), and emulsifying the mixture in water at a concentration of 5-20wt% by grinding and mixing until the whole composition becomes homogeneous. Since nuts contain large amount of high-quality lipids, a stable and delicious drink having high nutrition can be obtained. |
