PURPOSE:To obtain a titled press die small in size, simple in structure and easy to handle by guiding a sectional die attached rotatably to an upper die by a guide plane and bending a work in cooperation with the hole of a lower die punch. CONSTITUTION:In a press die 47 consisting of a lower die 34 of a punch 31 attached to a bolster 2 and an upper die 45 of an upper holder 36 fixed to a slide 14, a sectional die 40 is pivotally supported rotatably to a bracket 39 fixed to the upper die 45 through a pin 41. A hole 44 is provided as a guide plane that guides the tip 43 of the sectional die 40 in a pad 37 held to the upper holder 36 through a retainer pin 22. The upper die 45 is lowered with the slide 14 and a work 3 having a hole 5 pierced on the slanted face is held between the die face 38 of the pad 37, and the face 32 of the punch 31. The tip 43 of the sectional die 40 is put into a hole 33 for working by lowering the upper holder 36 compressing an elastic body 24. Thus, a flange is bent on the periphery of the hole 5. |
