PURPOSE:To remove toner powder adhered to a wire to which high voltage is applied by vibrating the high voltage wire with an oscillator in a time band other than the copying operation of a copying machine. CONSTITUTION:If high frequency voltage is applied between a metallic vibrating plate 20a of a vibrator 20 and a piezoelectric element 20b, the free end side of the vibrator 20 is vertically vibrated and curved, so that the high voltage wire A of which one end side is fixed is also vibrated. Therefore, toner powder adhered to the surface of the axial line of the wire can be dispersed. The high frequency voltage is applied to the vibrator 20 in a time band other than the copying operation of the copying machine. For said time band, the moment when a power supply switch of the copying machine is turned on or off and the work stopping time after turning off the power supply switch are used. During the time band, the toner powder adhering state of the high voltage wire A is detected by a proper sensor every passing a fixed using time of the copying machine and a push botton operating command is displayed on a monitoring part of the copying machine to execute switching operation. |
