The moisture released by the roasting is evaporated and released from ventilation holes 13. The drum part (11a) made of water absorbing china absorbs water, and the potato (S1) is roasted fully to exhibit the flavor and nutriments, etc. of the potato (S1) thoroughly without making the potato (S1) dry or sticky.
