PURPOSE:To provide the titled food having mitigated stimulation to the stomach and resistant to oxidative degradation and deterioration, by adding vegetable powder containing chlorophyll to powder of crystalline L-ascorbic acid, and tabletting the mixture. CONSTITUTION:20-80% of L-ascorbic acid crystal powder is mixed with 80- 20% of vegetable powder containing chlorophyll (e.g. chlorella), and compression molded in the form of tablets. The absorptive utilization efficiency of the components can be remarkably improved by this process, and furthermore, since the tablet can be prepared without adding water or heating, the oxidative degradation of ascorbic acid and the deterioration of chlorophyll can be prevented. |
