<p>PURPOSE:To obtain required accuracy of a potential transformer by a method wherein an accuracy assuring resistance is connected to the secondary winding of the potential transformer and the load upon the transformer is within the range of a proportional error assurance. CONSTITUTION:When the 2nd meter 4 is disconnected by the 1st switch 5, an accuracy assuring resistance 7 is connected to the secondary winding 202 of a potential transformer 2 by the 2nd switch 6. With this constitution, the load upon the potential transformer 2 can be within the range of a proportional error which is assured by the accuracy assuring resistance 7 so that required accuracy is obtained for the measuring result of the 1st meter 3.</p> |
