PURPOSE:To attain high accuracy by a simple manufacturing method by joining a flange to a necessary place, cutting this flange together with a blank pipe in the orthogonal direction of the blank pipe, and manufacturing plural waveguides. CONSTITUTION:A blank pipe is bent and formed to a prescribed shape so as to become a waveguide circuit shape. In this regard, as for a flange 7a, the necessary number is inserted before the blank pipe 6 is formed. Subsequently, the flanges 7a, 7b are fitted to a prescribed part by soldering, brazing, etc., and the blank pipe is cut at the parts indicated with arrows A-C, by which three independent waveguides 10, 11 and 12 can be manufactured. In this way, it is possible to obtain a waveguide circuit which has extremely high accuracy and maintains easily the accuracy at the time of assembly and disassembly, at a low cost by a simple working method. |
