PURPOSE:To raise the reliability of an ink jet head without trouble with separation of electrodes of a vibrator by lead wire by a method in which the side electrode of a vibrator is connected with a liquid chamber body with a conductor, and the lead wire on the negative side of the vibrator is connected to the circular ring of the liquid chamber body. CONSTITUTION:A circular ring 15 is pressed into a liquid chamber body 2 to form a liquid chamber 3 to fix a vibrating plate 5. The vibrating plate 5 is bonded with a piezo-vibrator 13 having a positive electrode 17 on its one side and a negative electrode 18 on its other side. A conductor 14 is packed into the space between the negative electrode 18 and the circular ring 15, a lead wire 8 is soldered to the positive electrode 17, a lead wire 9 is soldered to the circular ring 15, and both the lead sires 8 and 9 are fixed to a holder adapter 7 pressed into the circular ring 8 by a lead wire fixed and packed portion 16. The earthing side can thus be exactly connected, trouble with the separation of electrode of the vibrator by external impaction, etc., of the lead wires can be eliminated, and the reliability of the ink jet head can be raised. |
