PURPOSE:To rotate a primary radiator around the axis in an optional speed and an optional direction, by constituting a device with a rotary drum, an elevation angle setting part, a turning table, an ascending and descending part, and a control part and setting easily the axis of the primary radiator to an optional position. CONSTITUTION:The device is constituted with a rotary drum 28 which can be rotated freely in a rotary drum holding part 15, an elevation angle setting part 23 which can set optionally the elevation angle of an axis 2 of a primary radiator 1 around a revolving shaft 19 fixed to the rotary drum holding part 15, a turning table 21 which can set the elevation angle setting part 23 at an optional angle, an ascending and descending part 26 which can set the turning table 21 to an optional height, and a control part 14 which rotates the rotary drum 28 in an optional speed and an optional direction and damps it at an optional rotation angle. By this constitution, the axis of the primary radiator 1 can be set easily to an optional position, and the primary radiator 1 can be rotated around the axis 2 in an optional speed and an optional direction and be damped easily at an optional angle. |
