PURPOSE:To obtain a stable characteristic of an oilless bearing, increase its life and enable an oil leak condition to be always supervised, by allowing servo motor operating oil which leaks out flowing in an oil seal packing, not to leak in a runner boss but to be housed in a leak oil tank. CONSTITUTION:A seal packing 31 is provided in the upper of a top bearing 30 in order to prevent the intrusion of leaking oil from a packing 29 into a runner boss, and leak oil discharge ports 21-1, 21-2, 21-3, 21-4, 22, 23 are provided in a piston rod 18 and flange parts of a runner boss 2 and a main shaft 3, in a sliding part between the piston rod 18 and a hydraulic servo motor cylinder 6. Leaking oil is introduced to a discharge pipe 24 mounted to an inner hole of the main shaft 3, penetration port 25 in the upper part of the main shaft and a leak oil cap 27 in an outlet of the penetration port, and housed in a leak oil tank 33 provided in the side of a stationary part, thus deterioration of a characteristic and various troubles due to intrusion of oil into an oilless bearing can be prevented. |
