PURPOSE:To prevent the deviation of print position due to the bias of the axis of ink injection by a method in which a charge code correcting amount to correct the bias of the ink injection axis is detected and charge code is corrected. CONSTITUTION:When setting a deflection amount, a deflection voltage power source circuit 42 is turned on by a micro-computer 45, and charge code S to be arrested by a gutter at standard gain and the standard gain code are set in a print charge voltage generator 40. While increasing charge code for every time line of a 10msec timer, reference is made to the output Pokb of the charge detection circuit 43b to obtain a charge code at which the output Pokb becomes 1. From difference in relation to charge code at a time when ink injection is normal, the corrected amount of flying orbit due to the bias of the ink injection axis is obtained and added to standard charge code. While increasing the gain, a gain code where the output of the charge detection circuit 43a becomes zeroed is obtained and set for recording. The deviation of print position due to the bias of the ink injection axis can thus be prevented, and furthermore, the deviation of whole print position at deflected stage can be corrected. |
