PURPOSE:To execute exactly the face ground of the back even when an area is large by loading a dielectric layer on a conductive base body through a conductive material layer and a conductive material layer having elasticity. CONSTITUTION:Thickness of a lower conductive material layer 4' is made thin enough, what is called ''soft structure'' is formed, and a metallic substrate 6 and a function unit are welded at a high temperature of about several 100 deg.C inevitably by using conductive paste, etc., and thereafter, in accordance with residual distortion stress generated when they are cooled, the function unit is curved freely. Such defects as stripping-off, a crack, etc. are eliminated by deforming elastically a dielectric layer 1 for constituting the function unit and the lower conductive material, under keeping the same state. |
