<p>PURPOSE:To improve the dimensional stability and adhesiveness with rubber of a rubber product by reinforcing it with fibers wherein raw cord made of nylon 46 fiber having a specific heat dry contraction rate, of which intermediate elongation degree is less than 10% and which is not dip-heat treated is embedded. CONSTITUTION:A rubber product is reinforced by a fiber wherein raw cord made of nylon 46 fiber of which total amount composed of heat dry contraction rate S at 160 deg.C and creep rate C at 130 deg.C is less than 8%, intermediate elongation degree is less than 10% and not dip-heat treated is embedded. Said nylon 46 fiber can be processed into such a fiber of which S+C% is less than 8% by such an arrangement wherein a nylon not-elongated fiber or semi-elongated fiber having a relative viscosity of more than 2.7 is elongated in two stages by keeping the temperature of a heating plate at a temperature higher than 240 deg.C and lower than melting point, and the temperature of an elongating roller at higher than 220 deg.C, and this fiber is used as raw cord. This raw cord is embedded in green rubber and it is vulcanized at 100-200 deg.C and a reinforced rubber product is obtained.</p> |
