PURPOSE:To improve the performance of the device by generating a pattern in response to a TV camera selected among plural TV cameras, synthesizing the pattern with a video signal being monitor object to display disaster preventing section display pattern on a monitor screen in response to the object. CONSTITUTION:A video signal (a) from plural monitor TV cameras is switched by a video switching device 4 and camera numbers c-1-c-n are superimposed by a character generator 5. Further, the disaster preventing section corresponding to the camera picture is outputted on a monitor receiver 6 by a video display 7 as a synthesis sigal a'' superimposed on a video signal a'. A control signal (b) corresponding to a camera selecting signal is applied to a control input terminal 21 of the device 7, it is decoded at a control section 8 and the information such as disaster preventing section is written in a memory 9 in advance. The composite video signal a' from the video input section 20 is pre- processed at a video preamplifier 10, and the information such as the disaster preventing section is read out from the memory 9 by using a synchronizing signal separator 11 and an address generating section 12 and the synthesized video signal a'' is outputted from the video synthesis section 14. |
