摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify the retroactive investigation of a defective yarn, and as well to aim at enhancing the quality control level of yarns and at reducing the percent defective thereof, by relating the cheese winding-up, stocking and shipping steps to a control circuit for controlling winders, under clssification by machine numbers. CONSTITUTION:The machine number of a winder is transmitted to a control circuit when the wind-up of cheese is completed, and is stored in cheese stockers 1, 1'. The cheeses are classified by machine numbers, kinds and yarn counts, and are shifted onto a stock conveyor through a shifting device and an unloading device. When the forefront cheese intercepts a light beam for a beam switch for detecting a cheese, the conveyor stops. Then, a discharge instruction signal for a packing device 4 is delivered to the stockers 1, 1' to discharge the cheeses onto a discharge conveyor device 12 which stops when a cheese intercepts a light beam for a drop detecting beam switch. Further, a tray repeatedly receives the cheese from the conveyor in accordance with supply signals from the packing device 4, and, after all cheeses being discharged, these cheeses are packed by the packing device 4 and are stored in a storing casing onto which the machine number, etc. are printed, thereby the retroactive investigation of the cheeses may be simplified.
