PURPOSE:To prevent decrease of insulation thickness at corner and void generation in the insulation layer and improve the insulation property, by a method wherein outer layer is formed of mixing of composite mica and synthetic fiber hybrid and applied to reinforcing tape using adhesive agent thus both-side composite mica tape is formed and used. CONSTITUTION:Both-side composite mica tape 3 is wound on a coil conductor 2 and an insulation layer 4 being not yet impregnated with resin is formed. Glass tape is wound outside of the insulation layer 4 thereby a protective winding layer 5 is formed. The both-side composite mica tape 3 is formed for example by that an inner composite mica tape 7 of composite mica being hard and not yet burned is applied to surface to be positioned inside when a reinforcing tape 6 of polyester film is wound, and an outer composite mica tape 8 composed of composite mica being hard and not yet burned and aromatic polyamide hybrid as synthetic fiber hybrid mixed in 5-50wt% is applied to surface to be positioned outside when the reinforcing tape 6 is wound. Then thermosetting resin is impregnated in the insulation layer 4 and under vacuum pressing and thermal curing is performed thereby the insulation coil is obtained. |
