PURPOSE:To reliably sort transported articles without damages of the articles by changing suitably spaced portions of a transport conveyer into the state of downward inclination. CONSTITUTION:A roller conveyer 1 where an article is placed and continuously transported along the level surface thereof comprises rollers 1a,... which are driven to rotate by a driving belt conveyer 3 stretched to be brought into slidable contact with the lower peripheral surface of the roller 1a group in tension retaining state. Conveyer portions 1A, 1B,...1N with a proper transport length are positioned at suitable intervals along the transport direction of the roller conveyer 1 and are respectively supported by frames 5A, 5B...5N. The respective conveyer portions 1A, 1B, 1C...1N can be changed into an inclined posture for sliding down a transported article. |
