PURPOSE:To make it possible to change bobbins during operation of a machine, by providing two bobbins on a creel pin rotating around a stationary frame shaft so that a remaining cord is removed and is reinstalled onto a fully wound cord which is removed after completion of cord extraction. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 12 is once moved from a creel pin 8 when the remaining amount of a cord 34 extracted from the bobbin 12 becomes small, and the trailing end of the cord 34 is knotted together with the leading end of a cord on a new full bobbin 14. Then, the bobbin 12 is mounted on the creel pin 8 following the full bobbin 14, and is removed from the creel pin 8 when the cord 34 on the bobbin 12 runs out. Further, repeating steps similar to the above mentioned steps, the cord may be continuously extracted without any interruption. Accordingly, there is no need to stop the machine in order to change bobbins so that the working efficiency is enhanced, and as well there are no appreciable variations in tension due to rotation of both bobbins in one unit. |
