摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the utilizing efficiency of a transmission line by changing the section of use in time division in frame unit in response to the amount of two kinds of signals. CONSTITUTION:A switching circuit 19 selects an output signal E of a switching circuit 26 when a timing signal A is at high level and selects an input to a terminal 11 during other period. A separating circuit 20 and a multiplex circuit 21 are operated in synchronizing with a timing signal B, the operation is inhibited while the signal B is at high level and an input signal to the circuit 20 is transmitted from the output of the circuit 21 to the terminal 12. While the signal B is at low level and the circuit 20 is addressed to a managing station 1 as to each time division, the signal is outputted separately to terminals 13, 15 according to the operating section display signal. Further, the circuit 21 multiplexes the input signal of the terminals 14, 16 to any time slot of an idle time section according to the display signal.
