PURPOSE:To form with one metal die and to reduce remarkably managing cost by providing a cylinder at the position of a bass-reflex port of left and right channel in forming, forming it while the port holes are being chocked, and machining afterwards one port hole for use with a left or a right channel. CONSTITUTION:As the metal die, holes 3a, 4a for speaker mounting are formed to the buffle 2, the bass-reflex port cylinder 6 is formed at both sides of the bass-reflex port of left and right channel at the inside of the holes, and the bass-reflex port holes are formed while being chocked on the surface. At one end of the cylinder 6, a part 6a formed thinner than the surrounding is choked and the other end is opened. Either one part 6a of left and right parts is removed by machining such as cutting to form the cabinet for a left and a right channels. Thus, one metal die is enough for the formation and the cost of the die and management can be reduced remarkably. |
