Video amplifier containing four amplifying stages 2, 3, 4 and 5, an output alignment circuit 6 and a coaxial link 7 to the capacitive load 8 of the display system. The voltage amplifier 3 consists of two symmetrical stages, with negative feedback of current, mounted in opposition, each of the said stages containing 3 MOS transistors 24, 25, 26 mounted in series to permit operation under high voltages. The current preamplifier 4 of symmetrical push-pull type becomes reduced to a pair of MOS transistors 38 and 38' through a particular arrangement permitting its supplying from the final stage. The current amplifier 5 also of symmetrical push-pull type consists, in each of its branches, of a parallel assembly of two groups of MOS transistors, each group containing three transistors mounted in series 44 to 49. A frequency-compensated distribution bridge for symmetrical voltages 31 ensures the balancing of the powers between each of the active components of the current-amplifying stage. <IMAGE>
