The invention concerns a barrow for handling. This barrow is constituted by a fork 11, equipped with two independent wheels 9 and 10 fixed perpendicularly to two uprights 7 and 8 on which is mounted a sliding frame 1, equipped with lifting arms 2 and 3, linked by a chain 4 to a bracing lever 5 whose articulation spindle 6 is securely fixed to the uprights 7 and 8. The spacing of the fork 11 has been determined in order to leave the free passage for a crate, and the spacing of the lifting arms 2 and 3 as well as their distance with respect to the ground, have been determined in order that they can be placed under the rims or the handles of the crates. It is then sufficient to knock the bracing lever 5 downwards, in order to obtain the lifting of the crate before moving it. This barrow is intended mainly to handling crates of harvested crops. <IMAGE>
