PURPOSE:To grasp the leaking degree of resin quantitatively, by sampling the temperatures of products in a drying furnace at a specified time interval, and determining an index number by a computer by using an experimental expression indicating the temperature viscosity characteristic of said sampling data and impregnated resin and the viscosity change at a specified temperature. CONSTITUTION:By using an experimental expression indicating the viscosity change of resin with respect to the elapse of time at a specified temperature and the temperature viscosity characteristic of the resin, the viscosity change of the resin in the hardening process can be computed, based on the face that an Arrhenius equation holds true for the amount of hardening reaction of the resin, temperature, and time. When the expression is defined as the leaking index number of the resin, the larger the value of the leaking index number IND, the easy the leakage. Therefore, it is found that the product including the resin, whose leaking index is the smallest, has the most excellent quality. |
