摘要 PURPOSE:To measure the temperature distribution of the surface of a rotor located in a stator by an infrared ray detector, by guiding the infrared rays, which are emitted from minute areas on the surface of the rotor to the outside of the stator by using an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION:In a gap between a rotor 2 and a stator 3, a light guide system 4, which guides the infrared rays emitted from the surface of the rotor, and a scanning mechanism 5, which moves the system in the direction of a rotor shaft, are provided. The infrared rays emitted from the surface of the rotor 2 are changed into the direction of the shaft by a mirror 8, converged by a lens 9, inputted into an optical fiber 11, and guided to the outside of the stator 3. When a lateral feed screw 14 is rotated by a driving device 13, an optical part 6 is moved in the direction of the shaft by a movable piece 15, and the surface of the rotor 2 is scanned in the direction of the shaft. The infrared rays transmitted to the outside of the stator are received by an infrared ray detector 16, transduced into an electric signal in correspondence with the intensity of the rays, amplified by an amplifier 17, and inputted into a signal processing part 18.
