PURPOSE:To gather a data at a low cost from a wide range of district by counting up sequentially received information of each home at a counter. CONSTITUTION:A detector 37 at each home is operated at a different time by a timer set means 31 to a counter 17 of a broadcast station. The detector 37 stores 29 a receiving channel of a TV receiver 25 at the setting time, codes 32 the stored data and transmits the data to a receiver 12 in a counter 17 via an automatic telephone transmitter 33 and a telephone line 11. Each receiving data of the receiver 12 is decoded 14 sequentially and supplied to a counter 16. |
