The invention relates to a domestic furniture door comprising a central fibre board (chipboard) panel around the edge of which is arranged a frame comprising profiled parts placed on the visible side. The peripheral frame is composed of a laminated wooden profile 2 comprising glued layers 3 with mutually intersecting fibre directions; the central fibre board (chipboard) panel 1 and the laminated wooden frame profile 2 have the same thickness and join up with one another on both sides, with flush surfaces, and a hard wood fibre plate 4, attached to the laminated wooden frame profile 2, is glued respectively on each side of the central fibre board (chipboard) panel 1; a surface veneer 5 is provided on the outer sides of the hardwood fibre plates 4. <IMAGE>
