<p>PURPOSE:To increase the isolation between lines by adopting a microstrip line for one of the parts where lines cross with each other and a slot line for the other. CONSTITUTION:A signal entered from a terminal 4 is transmitted from the microstrip line to the slot line 8 at a converting section. The slot line is made close in parallel with a line at a prescribed distance from the converting section. The electric field is propagated on the coplaner line in the coplaner mode where the direction of the electric field is opposite to each other. Thus, no coupling is produced at the part where the slot line and the microstrip line are orthogonal. The signal propagating on the slot line is converted into a signal propagating on the microstrip line again at the converting section.</p> |
