PURPOSE:To inexpensively set the manufacturing cost of a package by mounting by soldering a transparent plate with a metal frame which is uniformly coated with a reflection preventive film on the main surface with a phototrigger signal loading window on a receptor, thereby eliminating the damage of the reflection preventive film. CONSTITUTION:A metal frame 16a is airtightly secured by fritted glass to a glass plate 16 of a phototrigger signal loading window formed of a borosilicate glass or the like, and airtightly secured by soldering to the step 9d of a receptor 9 at a high temperature. Thus, a reflection preventive film 16b which is covered on a main surface of a glass plate 16 is not damaged at the securing time, the plate 16 which is coated uniformly with the film 16b can be sorted in advance, and the plate 16 which has an improper film 16b is not mounted on the receptor 9. |
