PURPOSE:To suppress the rate of fuel consumption by stopping the increase of fuel after starting, when the number of revolutions of an engine has attained a specific value, even though a starter switch senses the start of engine. CONSTITUTION:The result of judgement by Step 100 will be ''NO'' immediately after turning-on of the starter switch, because the number of revolutions of the engine is below approx. 500rpm. Step 101 following it will give ''YES'' because it is immediately after turning-on of the starter switch, and ''1'' is entered into a starting time flag STA. Now the increase at the time of starting is made. If thereafter the engine speed rises to get over approx. 500rpm, the result of judgement by Step 100 becomes ''YES'', so that STA flag becomes ''0''. Accordingly fuel increase for starting period is stopped even while the starting switch is in ON, if the engine speed is over the reference value. |
