Heat transfer in existing double floors is obtained by heating the air below the double floor. A poor heat transfer from the heating water to the heated double floor exists in this design. In the case of the patentable heated double floor, the heat from the heating water is transferred by direct contact to the double floor plate (3). This contact is produced by means of the oval plastic tube (1), which is pressed under heating and pressure onto the recess (2) of the double floor plate (3). In order to make the dismantling of the double floor plate easy, the oval plastic tube can be laterally shrunk by application of a partial vacuum in the system. <IMAGE>
