PURPOSE:To attain the frequency division up to a high frequency by a device by omitting a switching path for a current path and reducing a signal passing path. CONSTITUTION:When a base potential of transistors(TRs)Q11, Q12 changes from H to L, the left half circuit changes from the latch mode to the inverting mode, the collector voltage of the TRQ1, Q2 changes from L to H or from H to L. Further, the collector potential of the TRQ5, Q6 is unchanged because the right half circuit changes from the inverting mode to the latch mode. When the base potential of the TRQ11, Q12 changes from L to H, the left half circuit changes from the inverting mode to the latch mode and the collector voltage of the TRQ1, Q2 is unchanged this time. On the other hand, the right half circuit enters the inverting mode, the collector potential of the TRQ5, Q6 changes from L to H or H to L. The collector potential of the TRQ1, Q2, Q5, Q6 has a waveform where the frequency of the input signal is divided into two by repeating this operation. |
