PURPOSE:To obtain a monostable multivibrator suitable for circuit integration, by using a time constant circuit so that a pulse width and time delay are set independently of the time constant and plural pulses are extracted. CONSTITUTION:Voltages given to a base of transistors(TRs) 14, 16 are taken respectively as V1, V2 by resistors 18-20, and a current of a current source 17 is taken as I. A capacitor 9 and a resistor 8 constitute a time constant circuit. When a voltage at a terminal 10 is a V1 or below, since the TR16 turns on at a differential amplifier of the TR15, 16 and the TR15 is turned off, the current I flows to the collector of the TR16 and this current flows to the emitter of the TR12. In making the resistance of resistors 11, 21 equal, since the collector current I of the TR22 flows by the current mirror operation of the TRs 12, 22, a voltage is generated to an output terminal 24 by a resistor 23 and the current I. When the voltage at the terminal 10 is V1 or over and V2 or below, no current flows to the TRs 12, 22 and the potential at an output terminal 22 goes to 0. When the voltage at the terminal 10 is the V2 or over, the TR13 turns on and the TR14 turns off, then a current flows to the TRs 12, 22 and an output voltage is generated. |
