PURPOSE:To obtain inexpensively the titled board excellent in transparency, flame resistance, weathering resistance by a method wherein base resin is applied to a moving lower film, glass fibers are scattered on the film and compressed, then, thin wear-resistant protection resin is applied, compressed, molded in a molding furnace, aged and cut. CONSTITUTION:Base resin A excellent in moldability is supplied and applied from the 1st quarter 1 to the lower film E moving in the described direction, then glass fibers D are scattered in the form of a mat, the base resin A applied under pressure by the 1st and 2nd impregnating devices 4, 5 is impregnated sufficiently with glass fibers D, endurable protection resin B is supplied and applied thinly from the 2nd quarter 2 to this base resin and compressed by the 3rd impregnating device 6. Then, this compressed base resin is molded by a die 14 in a molding furnace 8 into a desired shape, aged, taken off continuously by a take-off roll 16, cut by a cutting machine 17 to a described dimension to obtain products C continuously. |
