PURPOSE:To obtain a beautiful finish state by deforming a flexible band formed by use of a shape storage alloy, inserting it successively into a hole of a lot of frames in a state that its sectional area is reduced, and thereafter, expanding and reloading the sectional area of the flexible band, and fixing easily the flexible band and the frame. CONSTITUTION:A flexible band 1 formed by a linear shape storage alloy 2 and a conventional linear spring material 3 is placed under a low temperature, it is deformed by giving tensile force, and the sectional area occupied by the flexible band 1 is reduced. In this state, the flexible band 1 is inserted successively into a hole 5 of a lot of frames 4, and a tail frame 6 is connected to the end part of the flexible band 1. Subsequently, these flexible band 1 and frames 4, 6 are placed under a normal temperature, the sectional area occupied by the flexible band 1 is expanded and reloaded by reloading of the shape of the alloy 2, the alloy 2 is welded with pressure to the inside face of the hole 5 of each frame 4, and both of them are fixed. In this case, the flexible band 1 can be formed by only the alloy 2. |
