<p>PURPOSE:To improve the output in power generation by recovering furnace top pressure by providing a heat exchanger, recovering heat on the inlet side of a bag filter for collecting dust from blast furnace gas, decreasing the temp. of the gas, releasing heat on the outlet side to heat the gas and conducting the gas to a turbine. CONSTITUTION:Heat exchangers 7, 8 are provided on the inlet and outlet sides of a bag filter for removing fine paticulate dust after removing coarse grains from the blast furnace gas generated from a blast furnace 1 in a dust catcher 2. Temp. detectors 50, 51 are provided in the outlet of the furnace 1 and the inlet of the bag filter. If the temp. of the blast furnace gas detected with the detector 50 exceeds the heat resistance threshold of the filter cloth used in a bag filter 3, the heat of the blast furnace gas is recovered by the exchanger 7 by adjusting the flow rate adjusting valve 12 of a heat medium circulation system 9 via a controller 13 for gas temp. to decrease the temp. on the inlet side of said filter 3. The recovered heat is released in the exchanger 8 to heat the clean gas to be supplied to a turbine 4, whereby the output of the turbine 4 is increased and the output of a generator 5 is increased.</p> |
