<p>PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of a titled system by constituting so that a thin plate worked by a punch press machine can stay temporarily on a shelf-like conveyor which is freely liftable and is provided between the punch press machine and a shearing machine. CONSTITUTION:A thin plate W placed on a feed roll table 1 is carried into a turret punch press machine 2, moved by being clamped by a clamp device 13 on a cross carriage 12, and punched. Subsequently, it is carried to a shelf- like conveyor 11 by a magnet roll 14 on a material transfer table 7. The thin plate W carried onto an upper or lower conveyor unit 9 of the conveyor 11 is made to stay temporarily on the unit if a shearing machine 3 is under working to cut the preceding thin plate W, and it fed onto a transfer table 8 of the shearing machine 3 immediately if the cut-working is ended. Subsequently, it is led into a prescribed position by the magnet roll 14 on a table 8, moved by being clamped by a clamp device 16 on a cross carriage 15, and cut to a prescribed shape by a shearing blade 5 of a right angle.</p> |
