PURPOSE:To prevent the acceleration of corrosion and to prevent the generation of magnetic saturation in the step part of an upper magnetic layer by using an amorphous Co alloy to form the upper magnetic layer and lower magnetic layer and changing the compsn. of both layers or constituting elements except Co. CONSTITUTION:The lower magnetic layer 2 consisting of the amorphous Co alloy is formed on a non-magnetic substrate 1 and a conductor coil 4, an insulating layer 5 and the upper magnetic layer 6 consisting of the amorphous Co alloy are formed thereon. The compsns. of the layer 6 and the layer 2 are varied or the different constituting elements except Co are used for said layers as the amorphous Co alloy of such constitution. The satd. magnetic flux density of the layer 6 is thereby made larger than the satd. magnetic flux density of the layer 2 and the acceleration of corrosion by the formation of a battery by the layer 6 and the layer 2 is prevented. The value of the magnetic saturation in the step part of the layer 6 is made high. |
