PURPOSE:To prevent abrupt droppage of cell voltage during high temperature storage by surrounding the positive electrode of a solid state cell mainly composed of metal sulfide with a solid state electrolyte and a base or a positive electrode current collecting member. CONSTITUTION:A positive electrode current collecting member 5 composed of indium-tin oxide is arranged on a base 4 such as a polyester film and a positive electrode 1 composed of titanium disulfide is arranged. Then the positive electrode layer 1 is packed by a solid state electrolytic layer 2 composed of RbCu4I1.5Cl3.5 and a current collecting member 5 and faced against a negative electrode layer 3 composed of metal copper. Thereafter, the entire face is covered with an epoxy resin coating layer 6 and a cell where all components are in solid state is produced. Consequently, free sulfur from the positive electrode 1 is prevented from arriving to the negative electrode 3 during high temperature storage, resulting in elimination of inner shortcircuit due to deposition of copper sulfide. |
